Tony Patton

Kickboxing trainer: Oakville

My mom got me into wrestling at the age of 6 and from there I was a wrestler pretty much my whole life. I always have been in the health industry, I managed a local gym corporation for 4 years called bodybuilding Inc. I then proceeded to take my skills in to mixed martial arts. I'm trained in kickboxing and jujitsu. I've taught boxing and kick boxing for years. It has been a passion and love of mine to continue to help others achieve the skills and knowledge that I've learned. Helping people with ethics and basic movements and as well a little bit about self defense awareness.

Hey There! I am one of the personal trainers at American Muscle. I received my CPT through NASM a few years ago. My love for fitness and weight training has transformed my life over the last several years. No other gym has felt like home quite like American Muscle. The upbeat, personable atmosphere keeps me going, while building friendships and accomplishing goals.

Over the years, I went from hating the body I was in, to doing something about it and being happier than ever. My goal is to help as many people as possible to love the skin they are in, building confidence, and putting in the work. Weight training and fitness has more benefits than just the outside appearance. I enjoy helping and showing others just what they can achieve with a little faith and hard work. Let me help you achieve your goals and build your confidence while living a well-balanced life style.

"I'm a personal trainer and I'm on a mission from God."

Way back in 1990 I was riding "shot gun" in a car that flipped three times end over end resulting in TBI, Traumatic Brain Injury. I spent the next year relearning how to walk and talk. When I was finally released from physical therapy, I was still in pain and very unsure of myself and my balance.

I wondered into gym by my apartment. At first, I was intimated; many of the gym members had arms bigger than head. I have never been so wrong about any group of people in my life. Those intimidating people taught me just because been through physical therapy doesn't mean your ready to go back to life. Then I received my physical training. It wasn't always kind but it always "got the job done".

Years later I had picked a career path, due to brain injury, that I was longer able to perform.Heart broke I wound up on my knees asking God what do I do with my life; he said what have I taught you all your life?
